What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is securely stored in the MedixHub cloud, not just on your phone. You can access your account from a new device using the recovery key and your secure credentials.
Can MedixHub see my medical tests?
No. Thanks to the "Zero-Knowledge" architecture and end-to-end encryption, the MedixHub team does not hold decryption keys. Your data is only visible to you and those you grant access to.
How to Request Permanent Data Deletion?
You can do this directly from the app settings or by sending an email to our support team. The process is quick and irreversible, ensuring your right to be forgotten.
Where are the servers physically located?
